Example Itinerary
Day One - Air North flight from Whitehorse to the city of Inuvik. Pick up car rental and check-in at the hotel. Leisure day to explore Inuvik.
Day Two - Leisure day to explore Inuvik or to drive up to Tuktoyaktuk for the day to check out the Pingo National Landmark.
Day Three - Drive down the Dempster Highway into the Yukon. Stop at the Arctic Circle viewpoint and overnight at Eagle Plaines.
Day Four - Drive to Dawson City with a stop at Tombstone Territorial Park.
Day Five - Leisure day to explore Dawson City. Take a drive to the goldfields and try your luck gold panning or enjoy any of the activities in town and learn about the Klondike.
Day Six - Drive back to Whitehorse and do not forget to pass for a famous Braeburne cinnamon roll.
Day Seven - Leisure day at the Wilderness City. Explore the town or join an optional tour to cap off your Northern adventure.
Day Eight - Drop off the rental and take your departure flight.
Notes: Vehicle Rental Options- Large SUV (Chevrolet Suburban or similar) / or Crew Cab Truck ( GMC Sierra or similar)
Add a day tour to your package: take a helicopter flight over Tombstone Park, join a Dawson City tour with local stories, or enjoy a 1-hour boat ride in historic Fort Selkirk. In Whitehorse, canoe on the Yukon River or take a flightseeing trip to Kluane Park. There's something for everyone.
