Go wild! Join us for a fantastic Yukon safari where you will explore a wildlife preserve in a natural habitat and of course is home to many amazing northern critters!
Enjoy a self-guided tour of the Wildlife Preserve.
This outing starts at your hotel with a local tour guide greeting you at your hotel and driving you to the northern edge of Whitehorse about 25 minutes out.
The Wildlife Preserve is located in over 750 acres with 13 different northern species of animals. The landscape and park is very natural for the animals to roam in their habitat area. There are no predators such as bears or wolves in order to keep the other animals safe and healthy. On arrival lace up your shoes and go adventure on your own, a preserve map is provide. While appreciating the fresh air, quietness and beauty of the distinctive habitat where you will be able to safely safari independently and learn about the animals at your own pace with informative place cards along the 3.1 mile (5 kilometer) gravel mixed terrain route.

As with most of our outdoor/active tours all participants must sign a waiver at the beginning of the tour. Parent(s) or guardian must sign for child.
